You want it, You got it! Amazon Prime NOW

Get ready! Get set! Click!! Instant gratification has come in perfect timing for the holiday season. Last minute shoppers, there is hope!

Amazon is now offering a new service that can deliver items such as shampoo, books, batteries, and many other products to its Prime members in 60 minutes or less. That’s right! Less than one hour! The best part of Prime Now is that it is a completely free service as long as you’re a member of Amazon Prime. If you don’t need your product immediately, Amazon Prime Now has a two-hour option that has no additional cost. One-hour delivery is also available in most areas for some (very!) last-minute Christmas shoppers for an additional cost of $7.99.

Unfortunately, Prime Now is currently not available around the world. Areas that do have access to Prime Now include: Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orange County, Miami, Minneapolis, St. Paul, New York City, Phoenix, Portland, Sacramento, San Antonio, San Diego, San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle & Eastside. The sheer fact that this list took up a whole line of this article should be enough to show you that Prime Now has become an extremely popular service that is available to thousands of people. However, don’t fret if you don’t have access to Prime Now yet! As you are reading this, areas are being added to this rapidly growing service.

The convenience of Amazon Prime doesn’t end here. Using the Prime Now mobile app, Amazon Prime members can order items from 6 a.m. to midnight, seven days  a week. The app can be downloaded at the Google Play store and Apple App Store. All Amazon Prime users are encouraged to download this app, even if Prime Now is not yet available in their area. Anyone that downloads the mobile app can receive a notice when the service arrives in their area. There’s no tricks or gimmicks here; it’s really that simple!

Non-Prime members can download the app and browse through the available items, but only Prime members can actually purchase items. The app is just like a typical shopping app. You search for the item and put it into your shopping cart. The app can be used to track the delivery. Prime Now is not yet available here in Long Island (oh no!!). However, our friends and relatives in New York City can use it in places like Westside Market, D’Agostinos, Gourmet Garage, and Billy’s Bakery to ensure the quick and speedy delivery of their food without even moving from their chair.

Amazon is now becoming competition for many online retailers as well as local retail outlets because it can offer quicker ways to get orders delivered. In total, Amazon has tens of thousands of products available through Prime Now. Amazon has even been experimenting with delivery via drones and with its own shipping network. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the easiest way to shop ever! Happy clicking!!
