New Slate of iPhones Revealed
On Tuesday, October 13th, Apple unveiled its next lineup of Apple iPhones including the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max. All these new smartphones have come with many new innovations in the smartphone world. The new iPhones have record fast 5G speeds and an innovative A14 Bionic chip. The A14 is the first 5 nm chip in the industry with up to an 80% faster Neural Engine and up to 70% faster machine learning accelerators. Not only this, but the phones have an edge to edge OLED display and much better drop protection with a new ceramic shield along with H2OK splash and spill resistance for the occasional times that you drop your phone. The iPhone 12 is 11% thinner, 15% smaller, and 16% lighter than any other phone like it and automatically comes with the new IOS14, which allows much more customization to your home screens along with many other bug fixes and app updates. In order to reduce their carbon footprint, Apple has decided to not give power adaptors or EarPods with the new phones and instead replaced the old charging cable with the USB-C charging cable which charges your phone much faster than the regular old cable. The new smartphones all now have better Night Mode for cameras and the iPhone 12 and 12 Mini have dual-camera systems. The iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max is made with surgical-grade stainless steel and have even more enhanced photography capabilities. The Pro and Pro Max also can allow more downloading capabilities, allowing one to stream more without lag. Moreover, Smart HDR3 and LiDAR technologies enhance the pro camera system along with the new addition of Dolby Vision to the smartphone world.
The 12 and 12 Mini come in five different colors, Blue, Green, White, Black, and (PRODUCT) RED, and if you buy the red color, profits from the phone will be donated to help find a cure for HIV and AIDS. On the other hand, the iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max come in only four new finishes, Silver, Graphite, Gold, and Pacific Blue. They also unveiled new MagSafe Accessories, which include new cases, wallets, and an all-new charger.
The new phones allow consumers to have two SIM cards for your phone, allowing one to have their personal and business numbers on the same iPhone.
