April 26th, the day for golfers all across the globe to embrace the game they love so much. Today marks the 10th anniversary of National Golf Day. To make the celebration of National Golf Day a little sweeter, Topgolf is offering free lessons today only. These lessons will be free, and approximately five-minutes long available to any guest who visits a Topgolf venue on April 26. Last year, Topgolf venues gave a total of 2,251 free lessons on National Golf Day. This year, Topgolf hopes to top that number. Pertaining towards National Golf Day, Topgolf Entertainment Group Co-Chairman and CEO Erik Anderson released a statement stating the following: “We are proud to celebrate the game on National Golf Day by offering our guests a free and easy way to improve their swing… Thanks to our Topgolf U instructional program, Topgolf is doubling down on our commitment to help grow the game by introducing our guests to the sport in a high-energy, fun and laid-back environment.” Over the past few years, golf has become a more popular sport once again and Topgolf has definitely helped by making a fun environment for people to learn and enjoy the game of golf.
