Season 11 of Criminal Minds Review
(Spoiler Warning!!)
Season 11 of Criminal Minds was not my favorite. With that said, this season was filled with great plot lines, like the one involving Rossi and his daughter, Joy. My favorite episode of the season was “Entropy.” The plot was fantastically written and the acting was incredible. As I am a big fan of Aubrey Plaza, I was also thrilled to see her in one of my favorite shows. I’m interested to see if and how they continue the new plot line of Diana Reid getting tested for dementia.
As for the other episodes, it was extremely heartbreaking to say goodbye to Morgan (Episode 18 was the first episode to bring me to tears), and Shemar Moore will definitely be missed. I believe that the ending of the final episode was a little cheesy, but it does give the show plenty of room to branch out for Season 12.
Of course, in my review of Criminal Minds, I have to address the firing of Thomas Gibson. Hotch is one of my favorite characters, and he will be strongly missed. My hope is that they write him off the show in a graceful way — but I guess we will have to wait and see!
For all those who haven’t watched Criminal Minds before, I strongly recommend checking it out. The easiest way to do this is just turn on Netflix!
